42 - If I am required to register as a sex offender in another state, do I need to register as a sex offender in Arizona?
The state of Arizona honors all out of state sex offender registration requirements by statutory mandate. This means that if you are required to register as a sex offender in any state within the United States, you will be required to register in Arizona. Failure to do so is a felony offense.
