6. Am I eligible for Proposition 200?
All first time drug offenders are eligible for Proposition 200 as long as the following conditions are met:
- The drug charges do not involve possession of Methamphetamines;
- The drug charges do not involve the sale of any drug;
- You have no prior misdemeanor or felony charges or convictions that are considered “violent” in nature (this includes simple assaults);
- You don’t have any prior DUI’s on your record;
- You don’t have any prior drug sale or methamphetamine charges, convictions on your record.
*If any of the above conditions are not met, you do not qualify for Proposition 200.
