2. Is Possession of Marijuana legal with a Medical Marijuana Card within the state of Arizona?
The possession or use of Marijuana within the state of Arizona is approved in limited circumstances if you possess a medical marijuana card; however, Possession of Marijuana is still considered a federal crime. It’s important to keep in mind that getting your medical marijuana card after the date of offense will not result in a dismissal of the charges.
